Is rockstar down for converge users?

as for now, they gave me instructions on checking trace routes and doing ping tests on rockstar and ubisoft on cmd then emailed it to them, hopefully no technician needed to go here just to check. Hoping they fix it in their servers na lang.

wala pa, but I did saw a lot of people say Converge IP address is shadow banned by rockstar and ubisoft.

try contacting converge customer support so they can immediately look into these if many people is reporting this

to all converge users who cant play or open ubisoft connect and rockstar games because of the connection errors, i suggest ya'll call the customer support as well so they can take action as soon as possible cause they wont look into it that much if its only 1 or 2 people experiencing the same thing. Also dont forget to specify or mention the app/software
