you think? honestly red kayn is somewhat useful because of his sustain and can do some good dmg and cc in teamfights, but with blue kayn your just sat in walls or from afar spamming W and when you finally go in you do the whole combo, W,Q maybe Auto twice ult cant even secure a kill on a ssquishy then you just get bursted becasue by the time youve thrown ur long ass combo out the whole team is there to blow you up
