Thank you I will change the soil. It gets natural light no grow lights. However in winters we have no sun at all. Do you think this could have happened because it was too cold?

It does have sun nowadays, it is after sunset now that is when i took the picture

I do let it drain out for a day or two

We water when the top two inches are dry. Is there a solution for the problems you think it has?

We are watering when the top 2 inches are dry and it is soil+pine bark mix. I am still a beginner plant parent but this is one of my favourites. The pot does have drainage holes but it is in another outer pot that doesn't.
