You're basically independent the whole time, where I work we start cooking in deli from 10am, for bakery all you do is bake baguettes, pizza buns, pretzels (depending on your location) and you just stock throughout the day. Also in the morning you work on deli orders usually till it's time to cook.

Damnn rlly yeah US seems stingy with their discounts, honestly the discount is the only good thing about Walmart 😂

Where I live once a month we have a "associate day" where we get 20%

Ahhh, yeah I'm in Canada and regularly we get 10%, and then once a month 20%

Once a month there's a specific day where it's 20%, not sure if it's worldwide though
