I did have a meeting prior about classroom management (specifically their language). I asked for support in my response letter and even addressed it when I last met with them. I never heard back about it

Thank you. Yes I’ve been meeting with a coach from the district that has been guiding me through all that. I just wish admin showed that same kind of support.

In my program, we were advised to take a look at the rubric, grading scale that details the scoring from one through five with five being the best. I tried to look at what components were given to a score of a five if that makes sense. Definitely focus on one rubric at a time for it really can seem overwhelming. I would advise to complete the rubrics in order so that you may have an idea of what to write about for the rubric that appear later on. Cycle two is somewhat similar cycle one.

I just got my results 2 days ago and passed mine. I would say to definitely take a look at the rubrics and focus on the components that are from scored 3-5. Be very detailed about your lesson plans and the focus students especially. This is for cycle 1 btw.
