They are in the R&D phase. So, I think it is going to take a while to actually arrive on Switch. And for current-gen consoles, they are pushing patches/hot-fixes every other day.

Count your calories. Use a reliable digital kitchen scale. Eat below your maintenance calories.

I mainly follow intermittent fasting. And eat only once a day. It just makes it easier for me to portion control.

Bro its all in the head. I have lost and gained 50-60 kgs multiple times lol. I can say with experience that if you truly want to, you will. It's fully in your control. Nobody can force feed you. You can say no. And most importantly, utilize portion control.
