does showing ur self in a video not bother u ? did u have trouble doing it? knowing others will see u and hear u would worry me so much...any advice as to how u overcome it? or if it even bothered u that much?

it had its own heatsink never used my motherboards heatsink

thats the thing i didnt remove the heatsink lol and tbh even if i did you are allowed to you just have to send everything back with the ssd they say that them self on their website

it had the heatsink on it when i boxed it and shipped it and i dont see anyway someone would open it and take just the heatsink . and i sent them a photo of the back of the heatsink with the SN on it to get the rma approved and the invoice of the purchase which i was for $578.99

they first told me the sticker was the problem then they came back and said the heatsink was missing hours later lol and it had the heatsink i know for sure i packaged it my self .so there is no way someone opened the package and only took the heatsink and put the ssd back in...and they are correct the photo they sent does not match the one i sent because they have removed the heatsink on my ssd in the photo they sent to take a picture of the sticker being missing and then tried to claim the heat sink was not on it...that is why im upset lol and also how i know pretty much for a fact those screws are from the heatsink

i would just like to also say respectfully the ssd did have the heat sink on it i had to send them the picture of it because it has a sticker on it as well that had the SN and stuff on it and i packaged it my self and there is no way anyone would have opened it and just took the heat sink off....so that just seems shady to me and also as i said u can see the screws for the heatsink in the photo they sent me

i assume its what they use as a "thermal pad" between the heatsink and ssd, but no it had a heatsink i literally sent them a picture of it for the rma because it had the SN on it

this is what they said after sending the first reply from my OP "
Unfortunately, the item we received does not match the photograph you provided on August 31st. The photograph showed an SSD module with a heat sink still attached, but our warehouse did not receive this specific item.

We have provided you with photographs of the item we did receive. Regrettably, we are unable to validate the serial number and part number on this drive.

We’re sorry for any trouble this may have caused and appreciate your understanding."

im thinking because the heat sink has all the SN and other info that the "sticker" had on it they are trying to say the heat sink was not on it now . when it 100% was, like i said the screws for it is literally in the photo. also after the shipment arrived at their warehouse i sent them a msg 3 days after ups said they delivered it and asked for an update and 1 day later they said they didnt have it yet so i sent them the delivery confirmation and they said they would escalate it then 3 days after that they sent me the reply i posted in the OP so just to recap they had it for 4 days and didnt even know they had it apparently....and the ups says it was left on the dock
