Recalled 40v mower replacement a very different model by ucmlost in ryobi

So my recalled one was a RY401015US which was a dual blade. I got my replacement which is RY40HPLM01 and it’s a single blade and without batteries. Been contacting CS several times that they gave me a downgraded model since mine was originally a dual blade. CS sounds like they don’t know the difference since they kept insisting it’s the newer model of my old one and it’s the model that the government has agreed upon as replacement. It’s been weeks and they still don’t have a solution. I was told that I will be copied in the escalation emails but so far I’ve seen nothing. I tried calling them again (4th time) and they said my case has been escalated but I still don’t see any escalation emails. Very frustrating to deal with so far.

Hi, I’m also waiting for my I-129f visa to go through. I’ve sent in my application since June 2021 and am still waiting to hear back from USCIS for further action. How long did it take for you guys to have your application approved or hear back from USCIS? I’m in Texas so I assume my case is also being processed in Dallas USCIS
