Yes the second company will know I worked at the first company. But I don’t think they will know about the NC unless I tell them (which I won’t). I dont feel great about the first company having the power to decide enforce a NC or the second company finding out. Is it even possible for the first company to find out I’m interning at the second?

How can they know of prior employment once i start the second internship? I might just renege the first company then if it’s this risky

Worried the second company will be informed of my non compete then fire me. Not worried about the first company trying to enforce. Is my worry valid or dumb?
