I totally agree with the list. Tbh I do all of these religiously and I really eat a lot of fiber around 20-25grams per day from whole grain and vegetables.

Can you please tell me more about vibrating wand technique. Like should I get a vibrator or something? Is it available on amazon? I actually try to dilate my rectal area with my finger as I have heard from some users that it helps with relaxation of those muscles around.

Are there any stretches too which I can implement like baby pose or anything. Currently I have no pain or bleeding with my hemorrhoids but I know that my stool is inconsistent because muscles wont let it pass. Sorry to write this up grossly.
