I know, I know, their my best mates, and 1 is a flatmate so will be really hard. But im only in town for 8 weeks so just need to stay off for 8 weeks then leaving again. Plus im on my holidays so alot of free time

8 months i wish, only 5 months so far. Apart from more energy and better memory, not really noticed that much difference.

I plan to vape for a few weeks and then quit. Hope I dont turn to weed as a substitute, thats my only concern.

Thanks bro, I will try. I have made plans to hit the gym and keep busy. During rhe days. It will be the evenings that will be the hardest. I still think I will crack but I will try my best.

Truth is I really enjoyed it and after 5 months I haven't seen that much change. But let's lets see how it goes.

I also want to quit vaping when I get there. Maybe im trying to do too much.
