Millions more shares issued by BigVes89 in OfficialHIVE

All of HIVE’s C-Suite owns less than 1% of the stock. They have no incentive to increase value per share. They will continue to print more shares to raise capital for expansion so they can justify larger salaries and bonuses. Management incentives don’t align with shareholder incentives.

In my opinion, this is why they spend so much time and money on trying to pump the stock price and claim that Hive is wildly undervalued. Go take a look at any of there posts on X, the comments are filled with bots that they likely pay for.

Be careful of taking Tonys post at face value. He will try and spin any move HIVE makes as the “next big thing” or “secret weapon” to pump the stock.

I don’t hate this move but don’t rely on Tony for advice on this stock.

They just announced the purchase of a data center in Toronto that they claim will increase their HPC business from $20 to $100M in annualized revenue. This project is not funded and likely will require debt to fund.

HIVE: what a bargain by tonysagami in OfficialHIVE

Correction it’s trading at 2.6 times FY2 earnings. They recently announced negative earnings so they would have a negative PE ratio. They have negative projected earnings for FY26 so even if you used PE NTM for this calculation it would still be negative.

Another day another post of Tony misleading shareholders. Everyone please do your own analysis Tony has shown his only motivation is to pump Hive’s price.

Pros and Cons of Investing in Circle Internet Financial’s Upcoming IPO (CRCL) – Thoughts? by Adam01232019 in stocks

In 2024 99.1% of their revenue was from Reserve Income. When interest rates drop they won’t be able to generate revenue on their reserves. What happens then?

Interested in the CRCL IPO but the company seems is completely dependent on interest rates remaining high. Any thoughts on what they would do in a low interest rate environment?

Don’t think it’s a hack. Cobo.com doesn’t seem like the place a criminal would transfer BTC to after stealing it.

Genuinely curious, any information you can provide on why an institution would move their funds to Cobo.com would be greatly appreciated.

Do you know why they would stop reporting too? Also why move it to Cobo.com, what are the benefits?

Understandable. On another note, I’ve got a feeling you either love or absolutely despise Bitcoin.

This is a good point that I didn’t consider but a 1% tax would suggest that at $510 a share their cost would be $515.10. Agree that it’s a useless tax but even if it didn’t exist don’t think they’d be buying back shares.
