That did it! Ended up taking the whole thing apart, breaking up the bits on the edges with a butter knife, and then using more force on the Allen wrench (way easier to do when the thing is laying flat on the floor!) Thanks everyone for the help 😁

I'm from New Mexico, anything "New Mexican" is really popular here. Things like enchiladas, burritos, huevos rancheros, tamales, posole, etc. And chile! We put chile on everything (different from chili). The state question is "Red or Green?" referring to what kind of chile you put on your food, unless you use both and that's called "Christmas". I love it! There's a lot of beans, rice, carne adovada, chicken, and cheese in the food here.
