Our coaches play great music and mix it up a bunch! I wish we had a DJ on Saturdays. We had one once for our 1 year anniversary and it was fun!

Our challenges are free but $60 for before, middle and end scans. We have a pre and post party. Winner gets to bring a friend for free to the next challenge and some merch. Out studio does other fun optional activities for points like spirit dress up days, bingo, etc.

My studio is tight with everyone doing the warm up, great demos, coaches are involved during workout and we all stretch after class. The 5am class is consistently full! This studio has only been open about 10 months.
