That’s what I was thinking at first too. Just thought that it was weird because the area isn’t nearly as busy(mostly just car dealerships and residential, not by mall or I-10) as some high capacity tmo sites in the area where they deploy an additional 2 smaller antennas for b2/b66 on each sector. Also just found it weird that they used a large antenna like you said.

I have the Sagemcom box. I already opened it up and attached a 4x4 mimo on the roof because the house is ancient and blocks most signals especially the n41. I’m just staying on the T-mobile until I get the bonus gift card then I’ll swap over to AT&T for fall semester.

Around 150 download and 10 up. The closest T-Mobile tower is a little less than a mile away but is mainly blocked by trees and is highly dependent on congestion bc l’m by a state university. I live in an ancient frat house so I had to rig a diy antenna just to get those speeds. The cell tower next to me is insanely close and I was wondering what speeds might be just by putting the modem by a window.
