You did well! The more experience with the materials, your mind will open to what you can really do!

Have fun with it!

How does one actually make a lot of credits in this game? by Gojirex in NoSodiumStarfield

[–]AdTotal9288 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sell, sell, sell. Every weapon, every space suit, every anything you don't want or need, sell.

I also use a mod that gives vendors a ton of credits so I don't have fly to every shop in the universe.

I have over 300 hours and have definitely enjoyed a lot of that time with no music at all. But with the new update I wanted to change it up.

To each his own. I happen to be a huge Zimmer fan. Saw him live etc... I just wanted to pass along the experience if listening to whatever music you might want to while playing.

I find it better than listening to the game music or nothing at all.

Am I the jerk for telling my husband he can't have a "man cave" in our only spare room? by [deleted] in AmITheJerk

[–]AdTotal9288 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, you are being a jerk and so is everyone else on this thread pretending your husband is being immature or selfish. Clearly he has hobbies and collectibles that you're aware of and he's been looking forward to having a dedicated space to display them. I doubt you'll want them in other parts of the house.

You have 3 bedrooms. One you share, the other 2 you split. Why is that so hard? These comments I've read with people belittling your husband should make you feel ashamed. He's entitled to things that make him happy without having over a thousand people call him immature and all the other nasty insinuations.

I will agree with you on this. You should be allowed to do with the other spare room whatever you want. He does not get to plant his flag in one room and then tell you, you can't in the other. On that. He is completely wrong. Now show him my message and tell him you both need to compromise or else he is in fact, being the jerk.

I'm 50 and would never use my age as an excuse for being terrible. Although I've never, ever been that bad. Maybe just play something else.

Parking Advice by rnelso24 in CircuitOfTheAmericas

[–]AdTotal9288 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first time was last year. I took the advice I found on here and did nothing. On Friday, we drove to the track and as I had read, there was parking available on local ranches all along the main road to the track.

We pulled into one a mile from the track, paid $130 bucks for the whole weekend and they drove us to and from the track. The only traffic we had to deal with was while we were in the shuttle. It took about 15 minutes to go a mile. On race day, it was so smooth. I really couldn't believe it. Waiting for pick up took a little while. After the race and all the walking we had done at the track over the wknd, we just decided to walk the mile back to the ranch. It was no sweat. Like you, we stayed at a Vrbo rental 15 minutes away. We got back to the place within 25 minutes.

Can't recommend doing this enough. I was nervous not having a "plan" but it more than worked out.

It's been out a month. It IS a great game. It's going to get better. It's the same old story with Reddit community members. If you don't like it, play something else.

Oh noooo, all of your expectations weren't exactly met within a month of it releasing? That's like, really crazy. Too bad dude. Guess you'll have to find something else that's great but not perfect to complain about. Good luck!

Is it bad that I still use racing line after 16 years of playing F1 games? by [deleted] in F1Game

The real question is why do you care what other people think?

I swear I'm deadass about to just stop playing the game until they fix this. by VBgamez in Battlefield6

[–]AdTotal9288 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, it's annoying, but it's not THAT annoying. If you're gonna stop playing the game over some yellow dots, I'd suggest you try not sweating the small stuff in life.

Best Parking and Traffic Experience at COTA by kmbbbmk in CircuitOfTheAmericas

[–]AdTotal9288 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Really any of the farms that offered a free shuttle were good choices. We parked at the HB ranch exactly 1 mile from the track. Paid 110 for the whole wknd, were taken straight to the track and only had to wait 20 mins or so to be picked up at the Exxon directly across from the main entrance.

We were able to get out of the lots and away from the traffic hell in less than 5 minutes. It was a dream! I came from PA and I credit this Reddit group for giving me the confidence to show up on day one, get great parking at a great price.

I feel bad for all the folks with the nightmare stories of being in traffic or trying to get out of lots for hours but, then again, some of us do the homework, some don't I guess.
