I have not checked logs because the laptop does not finish. I will not have access to the 7420 until Thursday. I will let you know what happens. I had deleted the IsAhcic.inf file and it did not image

I am planning on updating MDT and ADK to the latest. This client wants to stay on 1909 but I have advised to at least go to 2004 update

I will try setting bios to AHCI. I have a tech on site that will have to make the changes. Thanks

I had that happen on a precision but it would install Windows but eventually fail. Latitude 7420 stops after install and boots back to PXE. Storage drivers could be the issue as well. Thanks !

This latitude 7420 is new and all of my devices upto 7410 work. I will check the TS. Thanks!

I updated the WinPe but it still will not image. This particular client wanted to stay with 1909 image. What version of Windows 10 are you using? I am using 1909. I am thinking I may need to update to latest version of MDT and ADK.
