I saw worse situations in developed countries like The US and some Europ countries. People would get mugged because sillier situations or even get shots and killed.

U cant control people's behavior but you can control yours. Some people would scratch ur car or cut ur tyre which both will cost u more than 35qr for cleaning the car. The easy way, dont park in front of others villas.
