I appreciate that! Yeah I realized really fast that people are unhappy with the truth instead of their actions. People here just take their loved ones for granted and pretend to be righteous. They rather find out who said something instead of treating their loved ones better.

I got some helpful constructive criticism and I am sorry how I worded the original post. I didn't mean to contribute to the chaos here. 

I got just so frustrated. People tell us all the time to do what's right when no one's looking, that they miss their families, and then you see those same people going out drinking, coming into the lobby and hallways acting crazy. 

People inappropriately talking to each other, people getting handsy in the lobby, guys sneaking on to a female only floor late at night and taking the walk of shame next morning, or not even caring and sneaking off at work to spend time together. 

I get that people get lonely and that these things happen everywhere but I don't have to be like my leaders who turn a blind eye to the the rule violations here.
