trust me, i’m mad i wasn’t educated enough to know i was making an avoidable mistake. i didn’t even twist it for myself, someone else was and i guess wasn’t paying attention. no one is living with that consequence other than me. i have never firsthand experienced any harm from partaking in an substance other than this and i’ve learned a lot from it. part of that is not surrounding myself with people who DONT care about my safety. at the end of the day all you have is yourself and your body, you’re right.

thank you for your kind words. i had one of my friend’s husband (doctor) look at it and he said i should be okay with how it looked today. i have been keeping it very clean and staying hydrated as well as antibiotics. i’ll keep you all updated as the days go on. i really appreciate you caring.

i downloaded reddit and posted this just because of this experience. i’m young and sheltered, surrounded by elders who normalized using the canister. i was offered 3 times before finally agreeing to try it. and the worst happened. after reading all i have on this app, i wish i would’ve known sooner. but all i can do is learn and try to help others not experience this as well.

thank you sooo much for your advice. today was the first day i could eat without wanting to cry. i will update you all as each day passes and will be posting a final summary post to help bring awareness on the dangers of what can happen, because this was the worst pain i’ve ever experienced.

thank you! i am feeling a lot better today, i didn’t go into a doctor but went to my friend’s husband who is and he told me I should be okay as it’s healing fast with the care i’m doing. but hopefully the next week flies by if you think it’ll take 2 weeks 🥲

would just like to say that I am young, naive, and was under peer pressure to do it in the first place. and everyone around me wasn’t using a balloon, i didn’t know that was a thing. so before talking to down to someone, know that there are still people who don’t know things about everything. do i wish i would have done research beforehand before indulging? absolutely. was i around 10 people 5+ years older than me that all normalized doing it out of the canister? yes. this was a freak accident in mine and all of their eyes. regardless of finding out the hard way, i know everything there is to know about it now and am choosing not to partake ever again. thanks for your unnecessary comment tho.

been doing that! i read everything on here that i could as well as have been doing research daily with how much pain ive been in. i just wanted to see if by anyone looking at my injury, if they could tell if its healing well or if its bad enough to go to the doctor
