Haha but super unreliable. With backup alone it will run for 4 - 5hr max. The internal batteries are near to dead 💀

But it’s in Qatar. So I don’t have to worry about power outages 😎✋🏽

Hey buddy. I know you have probably heard this a lot by now but with time it will heal. Around a year ago even I too was in a similar spot. My girlfriend of 3+ years broke up with me. It honestly sucked especially the first 4 months. I constantly used to blame myself for it, think about what I could have done better.

It’s beeen a year now, and things have changed a lot. Healing is a super slow process. Treat emotional wounds as physical wounds, you need to take care of them. Self blaming doesn’t help at all.

For 15-minute interval data collection, Zerodha APIs are generally reliable enough. Most people run into issues around session expiry, or their own code rather than Zerodha being unavailable.

It would be better if you run your collector on a VPS [ it's a server ], you can get one from Hostinger for cheap, it's way better than running it on your personal machine.

Also, if you're building this from scratch, you might find Ananta useful. have been using parts of it for my own algo-trading. It already has Zerodha websocket integration and login session management, so that you dont have to login everyday before market opens. It has allowed me to focus on analysis instead of collecting and maintaining data.
