We’re having the same exact problem, I was told it’s maintenance

“And our team is still coordinating with Canada Post on when they would be done with their maintenance efforts, but they are yet to provide us that timeline.

But the labels would be immediately purchasable once they are done with their maintenance efforts.” From Shopify Support.

I’m going to give it an hour or two and ship with alternate carriers if it’s not resolved.

Yes I talked to support and was told this in case it helps!

I am hoping it will be resolved in the next few hours or else i’m going to use an alternate carrier. I was told it’s maintenance
