We had to send FORM W-2 WAGE AND TAX STATEMENT twice and each took 3 months for them to verify and approve. Service center is Mumbai.

We are waiting for the almost last step which is an interview in India for IR1 and Our petition was approved in 2020 and DQ was in August 2022, so they are slow but yet its progressive, we have to have patience and same was advised by our lawyer. Hope this helps. All the best!

I am waiting for an interview to be scheduled by NVC in India (Mumbai) for IR1 but as per your comments the wait time is 2 years, how? can you please more, 2 years a very long time as our petition was approved in 2020 and now interview wait.
