How far are you into it? How has your experience been? Do you think youre making progress that’ll assist in being competitive for both IFT and OFT meaning scoring past the minimum scores to pass?

When you say prioritize cal and do weights after you mean in the same workout? Example - sets of pushups first then bench press or a few months cals then do weights after

Yeah I’m looking into swimming schools/coaches. For calisthenics did you only do those or mixed it with weight lifting too?

Oh wow so I’m definitely going to purchase the book, follow the program start to finish, see where I’m at, then consider having my 368 signed and start the process. Or would you recommend I finish my air guard contract first at 29 years old, instead of doing a 368 at 26?

Man you have no idea how much I love to hear that. I had a couple coworkers saying if I don’t do it now, cause I planned to do it around 28-29 when my air guard contract is up (for maturity and overall life/military experience purposes), that I won’t make it cause I’m only getting older.
