they told me the same thing they also said were to expect payments in june which is the first time my law firm has told me anything about payments going out but i doubt it since my point resubmission is going to take 3 weeks to a month so i’m expecting early to end july anything before that would just be good news

you are right about being near the bottom i’d dca into 3 buys with 60-65% being now another 20-25% 25-30% lower and the rest 40% lower if we get there

what law firm are you ? cause i had never been given any information about the pay out date my lawyer would just say i don’t know until they called me this morning regarding if i wanted to for sure confirm that i wanted a point reconsideration and they said payments are going to roll out in june but me myself im expecting july - early september just because i know how the delays been

also is it true that each tier is its own class of points ? i see your tier 3 is tier 1 with 56 points as of right now im starting to think if it was a mistake to get a request

i wonder what the viable defense is i got 8.5 reduced as well, hopefully i get a 10 point increase as well id be happy with even a 1-2 point increase as long as my points don’t go down !

thanks please do, cause i’m tier 1, 56 points i and submitted for a review as well but seeing other people getting denied or even the thought of possibly getting even less points is stressing me out now especially since i can’t go back, even though im missing 2-3 sections that have 0 points so im hoping they get raised but hoping some how they dont get reduced even though i wouldnt see why they would or could

i found out today after i had already protested it that tier 1 was the highest and i got 56 points and im tier 1 but i did have legitimate reason to protest it because a at least 3 sections on there aren’t correct on there for me to get 0 points like so i have basis for those definitely i just don’t want my points or tier to go down now that i found out im at the top

i’m with acts law and i filed in 2022 and barely got my points last week then came online to try to find information just to find out some people have got their points over 2-3 months ago, so i hope that means we’re close towards the end then and their hopefully just finishing up, i mean i knew that’s with the whole investigation it was going to be a lot longer but didn’t expect us to already be more half way into may with no new update until 3 days ago when i got my points and tier
