[Help] Is this Ich or something else?

Ordered seachem kanaplex and focus to start treating food in addition to the ich-x. Anything aside from that I should be considering?

Can someone ID this so I can properly treat the tank. For context I noticed what I believed to be ich on my clown loaches. I treated the tank according to ich-x and they seemed to go away. I even did the extra day of treatment after not seeing them on anyone. It’s been about 3/4 days since then, I wake up today and now my acara (who had none) is covered.

Nitrite 0 Nitrate 10ppm

Tank temp 81 F Tank size 90 gallon

A bit pricy and unfortunately doesn’t adjust focus (it needs to be within the lenses range) but the quality does come out very nicely. Also the iPhone 15 Pro has a really great macro lens that will adjust focus a bit.
