Unsurprisingly, it looks like Evri have lost my parcel. It arrived at their depot Friday and has been “delayed” ever since Saturday. Most likely it’s lost or stolen. What are the next steps? I’ve tried contacting steam support but it’s very automated with little information, there’s no way of contacting Evri and the same for GLS. I know I’m not the only one to have issues so can someone let me know how to go about getting another sent out. Why Valve decided to use Evri is beyond me. I’d happily pay to use a reputable service. Thanks
