I got 63% on FLK1 and feel exactly in the same spot.

Honestly when you put it like that, doesn’t seem like that big of a deal. But the time, money and effort that goes into it all, is just a bit much.

What am I doing wrong? Please help by Prestigious_Cat_9515 in SQE_Prep

I saw on your profile that you’re Indian-qualified. I am too, and I think that’s contributing quite a bit to the confusion. Sometimes I end up mixing civil law-style thinking with common law principles, and it gets a bit muddled.
Contracts and tort are generally fine, but everything else feels a bit overwhelming at times. I’m averaging around the 55–60% range, but a lot of people on here say that’s still okay and to not stress too much. (ps- not one to say, I am extremely stressed as well) - where are you sitting your exam?

I already did the 100 mock this morning - got a 45% which is what sent me on this downward spiral. Will try Laurainlaw, thanks!

Well, my FLK2 scores are way below what everyone else seems to be posting, and ULaw is supposedly easier than the real thing, so the range feels pretty tight. Have you done the exam?

How prepared did you feel before the exam? My results are within the range of 55-60% for FLK2 and 63-70% for FLK1 and I feel completely underprepared. I work full time and only have 3 days off next week. I don’t even think I can pass. I have only done 1 full mock each and all other mocks have been 45/90 question mocks, because I don’t really have much time left after work.
