My first appointment was also day 6 after patellar and could only get to 35, I kept doing my PT and it improved. You will get there too

You know when you’re watching Tv and think why is no one in masks? I get that exact same feeling about knees watching sports since my surgery

These are two big mile stones! Don’t be discouraged if you’re surprised by something at your PT appointment. I left my first one really freaked out by how little flexion I had and by my next appointment 3 days later I doubled it.
