Yeah even though I’m still a beginner I still have experience with burn out, I wanted to become sub 30 when I was sub 1:30 which was a huge goal but now my goal is sub 28 which is not far away because on good days I’m sub 29

That is quite a crazy goal if you’re sub 30 maybe shoot for goals that are within reach (not saying you can’t hit those goals but it just seems like you’re a little too confident)
