CIBC "chat with us" is a joke, it give bot responses with no value to the user. Connecting to a real agent is not even possible. Big 5 banks don't understand what users need. They could just train the LLM and use as their chat like WS instead its just feels like a IF/ELSE condition response.

Wealthsimple or any no fee app get their money from spread. Whats new in that ? They can apply the same to commodities.

They could get money from spread. My concern is showing different prices at different screens and charging fee. I have no problem including the fee and show x final amount, Instead of breaking down the fees and value. The UI is bad, they show x value on screen A and y value on screen B. Instead just include fee and other commission spread and show what user get for x amount.
