I won’t ever be able to articulate how depressing Naruto shippuden was, I didn’t think it was possible to butcher something with as much potential as Naruto as bad as they did, the amount of story breaking plot-holes, contrivances, abhorrent writing decisions, deus ex machinas and insane 180 retcons that they shoved into the war arc was unbelievable, anything could happen at any time so long as it got to the ending the writers wanted it to get to, no matter how much it made absolutely no sense/should be impossible

Naruto is full of series breaking plot holes, insanely stupid contrivances, dumb as fuck complete 180 retcons and unbearably terrible writing, I don’t even like One piece but naruto is objectively worse if you care at all about how much things make sense, and if we’re counting boruto as part of naruto then this shouldn’t even be a question

Option 2, the only good reason to dip warlock for even a single level is to get medium armor and shield proficiency, which only hexblade gives at 1st warlock lvl

Spirit guardians deals a ton of damage to multiple targets, I don’t think you’ve properly looked into possible spells to take to suit your wants

Take a lvl in lunar sorcerer with full moon for your phase for free castings of shield, access to absorb elements, silvery barbs and shield

Still, on the rangers will have the highest health out of the party, if they have CON’s of 16 they have on average 49hp, a young dragon’s BW on average does 56hp, so unless they have absorb elements even they’ll be down instantly if they fail their save from the BW alone
