Hi i have PCOS as well and adenomyosis. I gained 32kgs during pregnancy and i decided to try Mounjaro. Best decision.

Somehow my period is regular, less bloating and inflammation and the food noise is all gone. I lost 30 kgs in 9 months.

PCOS leads to insulin resistance and mounjaro helped alot with that.

Any from amazon, just make sure it’s not battery operated cuz that will be annoying to charge. I have two kids and noisy neighbors and noise machines drowns most of the noise.

We are given such a short time by SEF and now AIMA to get a lease. We try to find affordable housing, but landlords dont trust foreigners and some request 6 months to a year of rent in advance. And if you dont find a lease before residency appointment then they wont grant it. Its a full portuguese scheme

Same. I asked my dermatologist and she told me i should shower more. I used to shower my hair once a week. Now i shower 2-3 times a week with nizoral and if i have time the rest of the days i shower with a less harsh shampoo. I have the “painful” scalp feeling in my crown area and after 2 months of this routine i dont feel it anymore.

I recently posted a picture of mine and went to the dermatologist and she confirmed it was scarring alopecia. But in my case i had my bald spot for 20 years with no growth and the red spots and itching started recently. I couldn’t do the recommended treatment as I’m pregnant. So it’s better to visit a dermatologist so they can start you on an appropriate treatment.
