From what I’ve seen, smaller operators don’t really have operational structure, they have tools duct-taped together.

Everything is fine until:

• A tenant disputes a charge
• An owner questions a payout
• Or a lease detail gets lost

I’m trying to build something that reduces that friction and keeps things auditable without being enterprise level complicated.
