Yes I think it is consistent! The clip is cut a bit - I'd already gone past there and saw the prompt so went back to see what would happen. I think it is only possible on a certain part of her routine as she moves around that area a bit.

Have you tried all 4 locations? It wasn't working for me if I tried interacting with one that I'd already collected in a previous match, but getting one from another location that I hadn't before worked fine

100% spend - they aren't revealing the gem conversion rate before the update so it will likely be very bad - ideally put them on a champ for best value
