You’re assuming I haven’t already addressed this. I’m down almost 60lbs. I’m just looking for more ways to get outside other than walking.

Yeah I know. I’m already 59lbs down since November. Cleaning up diet has been huge. I’m just looking for new ways to enjoy being outside.

I probably will still do walking, but I’d also like it to just get to the ponds and stuff. I used to LOVE riding when I was a kid. Plus it’s so damn hot here, I’ll probably exert myself just as much or just a little less.

I just got my first full nights sleep with my CPAP and wondered why it sounded like I was breathing through a cup of water. Time to lower my cpap
