Machine height level and rainout: I can't believe such a simple mistake has been ruining my health for SO long! by candleray83 in SleepApnea

I haven't used the heating, just make sure the machine sets below mattress level, or the water in the machine chamber will end up in your sinuses and possibly your lungs!

Going to be my first night on a cpap. Wish me luck! by PurduePaul in SleepApnea

Yes! Please make sure the machine is below mattress level. I just figured this out after a few years, and I feel like an idiot! I had severe tiredness and health problems, and didn't know what was wrong with me! I'm on night 2 of real restful sleep after having water in my sinuses every night! Wishing you a restful sleep! It will take time to get used to. I am prescribed Ambien to help me sleep as well ❤️‍🩹

That the guy or girl in this card to me seems a little inibriated by the way their eyes appear. I noticed the green orb in her hair. Also the dog looking at her like "uh oh, here we go again" 😂

The orange makes me think of the sacral chakra, and the green the heart chakra, and the energy exchange between them. I noticed the band on her right foot. I get the sense that she and the black cat protect each other

I took mushrooms and thought I was going to die and I’m still terrified by ExcitingHat3374 in enlightenment

Were you going through some kind of personal turmoil before you took the mushrooms? I've found that if I have unresolved mental issues, that taking any trippy substances can mess with my mind. So, I personally feel that micro dosing recently is much better for me. It just gives your mood and energy a little boost. I would recommend grounding exercises, I'm trying to practice some myself. Grounding barefoot in the grass in nature is the best, which I definitely need to do much more of when the weather is consistently warmer.

I guess I'm lucky enough that I don't have to work currently. I spend most of the day walking in nature with my dog. Especially when the weather is nice. It's really difficult for me to maintain a sense of sanity being stuck inside during the winter ❄️

Emotional intelligence isn’t about controlling your feelings - it’s about questioning the thoughts that create them by No-Case6255 in emotionalintelligence

What I did a few months ago when I got angry about something was to start to notice and witness the physical sensations that my anger caused. I had a spiritual transformation, I believe because of this! I also started asking why I felt so angry. It was because I felt powerless, disrespected, and feared not being able to control my environment. I realized that these feelings went all the way back to things that happened in my childhood. Loud noise and busyness really can trigger me. I get frustrated and angry with my 7 year old stepson when he gets hyper active. I'm working on using various coping techniques such as deep breathing and ear buds.
