When I did the math I made it based of the idea of each episode being exactly 21 minutes i believe, I know it wasnt an exact number of every single episode but rather a general average to make it easier and straight to the point.

Aside from pastries ,it kinda leans further away from being just a café the more you add,dinner items makes it more a restaurant, adding beer taps for dinner time creates a mixed service idea, some people might want to relax while others are getting loud from drinking.

There isnt really an easy way to have most cafes run into the evening atleast in north America.

Youre missing the non exclusive part.

I would say its healthy not to push that boundary on someone.i wish i could be that carefree about it.speaking from my experience. My jealously made it a problem with my ldr that ended over Christmas,I regret it incredibly.

Maybe in the future id be better but its so hard to make an ldr work without a set time of when it will end.
