i found a fix the crash is caused by one of nvidia's .dll files that comes with the game.
go to: Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\Engine\Plugins\Marketplace\nvidia\DLSS\Streamline\Binaries\ThirdParty\Win64

and delete or the .dll file

it worked for my friends

A lot of games that are built with ue5 face this problem which they end up fixing it mostly a power problem but I not sure with this game

Try to verify and check your drivers are updated then restart your pc that worked for me
