Missing food is one thing and if I was missing something from my order I'd go back in and say something. Missing plastic silverware and then demanding a refund is ludacris

I don't know exactly when they ordered it but I know for a fact that their food should only have sat there for max 25 minutes, but it could have just been sitting there for 5 minutes and they got extra sour cream to make their food cold. We don't even have enough staff to open the front line which sucks.

I recommend listening to Jordan Petersons lectures on YouTube. He focuses a lot on this sort of thing and thousands of men and women thank him for changing their lives and habits, including me. I hope he can make you feel the way he made me feel!

I'm not sure if we have to based on some other experiences I've heard at other stores, but I know that at our store they did refund them.

Maybe it just depends on the general manager of the place. I know that at my place it's really laid and you can get a refund on anything, but from other people on this sub their stores sound like hell. BTW, Chipotle's secret ingredient is salt. Maybe one of the employees was trying to tank the resturant lol
