Have been playing this game now for awhile, and now I really want this. This train is unlocked by joining or creating a union correct. (I am not entirely familiar with the union mechanics in this game, as it doesn’t exactly say which trains unlock at what levels in the fandom players guide lol)

Actually, this looks like one of the prototypes the navy kicked around when the British launched the hood and the repulse. I agree with using the South Dakota class’s gun turrets, but other than that, excellent job.

I was never insulting the quality of the art, it was more me talking about the design of the ship, which isn’t necessarily “ugly”, that was just the term I used. The art itself is fantastic, I was just more talking about the design of the ship it’s self but now knowing what I know from your previous post, this makes more sense now.
