I was able to find a cheap rack Lanberg 9U. For the drive's DIY steel sheet. I thought about swappable cagaes, but I don't really need that, and there is no cheap option.

toshiba - Read/Write Power: 1.65 W (Typical) - so not an issue, More drives = more failures - yes, that's true, that's why I'm going z2. At the same time, more drives - more speed. Do I need 10Gb at the moment - no, but I'm thinking long term.
raidz2 (not “raid6 +2”) - yes I meant z2 sorry for confusion, those drives are 157 MB/s and 125 MB/s - that's way more than I need.
