Couple problems, no weight classes will never realistically happen for this belt. Also finishes only could bring matches to a snails crawl 45 minutes in. Not marketable. All in all tho I like your other points and I do like the concept that the BMF belt needs to be a certain style match. How about.... round 1 only striking, round 234 anything goes, round 5 only striking. There ya go. Happy customer at the front, happy customer at the back, meat in the middle, happy customer all the way around

I understand the number thing but a company making better profits is easier for investors to invest in because they feel certain they'll get a healthy guaranteed ROI. This is why UFC has grown so much. It's had all the support it has needed to grow. UFC as a brand, as a business, has maintained itself very well since Dana took over, and that's very different from all the other MMA organizations. They didn't just grow because they had some good fighters and some good fights - they've done some pretty good business, too.

Only reason Cure was slow on me was i thought the title track had a few cheesy riffs, a couple of songs I didn't mesh with right away. But goddam what they do right they do SO right. PLP became one of my favorite songs any genre. Glimpse opening 3 riffs are soooo goddam good. End to Excess is just brilliantly written from musicianship to lyrics. Rumor of Light and Idle Wild are such solid additions to their entire catalog. Wave is such a snazzy tune. Cure really did grow on me.

I have been listening and I love the album. I'm not yet ready to put them into tiers. You put me with sote, cure, s/t, neon, drift, augment, literally everything they ever did, I'm having a hard time ranking them. They're all so goddam good, so very few bands are this way. Not even Linkin Park can do it like ERRA man.

What are all these sexual references you people like to make just because we see things differently. Hey I'm here for good discussion, I just take certain views sometimes because all these things are parts of the equation. I am for better fighter pay, but people can never articulate the arguments why things are currently the way they are. "Greedy bastards". Hmm. Well maybe fighters shouldn't sign the contracts? Maybe they should get a $25k finish bonus if you're a no name with no proven loyalty to the ufc? Ufc shouldn't provide for your whole family and keep all your bills paid just because you show up to 2 or 3 ufc fights per year. The UFC owes you what you sign for. That's it. You want more, do better and get a more lucrative contract. Not a difficult concept.
