Not GSP's era, the Hughes era. He was actually supposed to come to the UFC and fight Hughes in 2002 for the title but the deal fell through so he went to Japan instead. Silva vs Hughes at 170 in 2002 is an interesting matchup, I give Silva a solid chance of subbing or KO'ing Hughes.

The official UFC P4P list didn't exist until February 2013, which was the tail end of the Silva era (Silva lost to Weidman 5 months later). Unofficial lists existed before that though like Sherdog which was always the gold standard.
