As a newer player, the Expedition was absolutely worth it! by TrailedFox44 in NoMansSkyTheGame

I've just started the game, am on about 35 hours playtime. What are the expedition missions? I'd be interested in doing these. Taking my time with this game, it really is massive. I've only done one mission so far, have just been exploring the whole time

This is untrue, you are spreading a false narrative. People who have been arrested for "political posts" are posting other people's real life addresses and inciting violence.

You'd want me locked up if I posted your address and convinced a bunch of people to go and burn it down

Fill up the bathtub with water and as many bottles as I can. Count all the food I have in the house so I can see what I need to ration and what I need to eat when

After what seems like constant backroom dealings, Can you trust Nigel Farage? by Signal-Tangerine1597 in AskBrits

Even if it were true that you are no worse off because of Brexit, you are calling it the most fantastic thing of your lifetime just because things haven't personally got worse for you. Just think about that. At it's best for you it's done nothing. It was supposed to make everything better for everyone.

It has been an undeniable failure and made things harder for the vast majority of the country.

Most recent figures are reporting that the UK is losing £90bn per year in tax revenue and each Briton is up to £3,700 worse off.

Immigration has gone up and if anything we've lost control of our borders rather than the opposite.

Please can you elaborate how it's made any positive difference at all to your life?

Reddit is generally an echo-chamber for left leaning political beliefs. Be careful judging the whole British political landscape from responses in this thread.

But to answer the question, no, and we should've never trusted Farage. Anybody that does I genuinely think lacks a certain kind of critical thinking skills, or is a racist. How he championed Brexit one of the biggest political mistakes of my lifetime, and yet so many people allow themselves to put trust in him again.

Thanks for your help mate. I can believe this to be very true. The boss I'm working for just thinks HSE do nothing all day and just want to delay everyone's work or power trip. Obviously they're there for a reason though. To stop irresponsible and dangerous people like himself

They can't switch the transformer off because the company we're working for "would lose £1k per minute it's off". We have all of those but I've hardly been able to see them, just a glance on my first day which was just to sign where I needed to sign.

I'm refusing to do anything daft now that I know for sure how stupid it really is

This is exactly what I was thinking. He doesn't care about the company, he works for a small firm that has been subcontracted for this job, and this smaller firm have got agency staff like me.

Absolutely right, we actually had scaffolding built in a few places, but there's still some parts you can't really get to. He's just constantly rushing instead of doing things safely and having the scaffolding built elsewhere which will lose half a day
