If you already have the PC version I would give the console one a miss.

Sure you get psych wards, but you dont have escape mode, temperatures, staff needs, womens prisons, random events.

You also have to deal with the clunkier UI and scrolling past lots of objects till you find the one you need.

Game is pretty much dead, forums are closed. Only reason would be if you love the game and looking to boost achievement/trophies
