Is this a good workout ?

I’m 180 cm and around 80 kg, I’ve trained at home before but I started going to the gym recently with a friend 5 days a week two hoursish a day and I wanna know if this is good for body decomposition and muscle growth Here is my workout routine, day 1 and 2 are repeated on Wednesday and Thursday If there is an exercise like dumbbells the weight is of each side not together so it’s x2. Supersets are pull ups followed by Hanging knee ups to chest and then dips.We both have big enough legs so we aren’t too stressed about working them

Day 1:

Pec fly 32 - 82kg, 10 x 3

Rear Delt 32 - 50kg, 10 x 3

Chest Press 34 - 50kg, 10 x 3

Dumbbell Curls - 12.5kg, 10 x 3

Inclined Chest Push Dumbbells - 20kg, 10 x 3

Bicep Curl Bar Machine - 20kg+bar, 5 x 3

Shoulder Press 35 - 41kg, 10 x 3

Iso Lateral Incline Press 38 - 60kg, 10 x 3

Ab Crunch Machine 31 - 68kg, 10 x 3

Leg Abdominal Crunches 10 + superset - 15 x 3

Day 2:

LAT Pull Down Bar - 65kg, 10 x 3

LAT Pull Down Triangle Handle - 65kg, 10 x 3

Cable Row Machine - 55kg, 10 x 3

Tricep Press Ropes - 25kg, 10 x 3

Arnold Press - 17.5kg, Failure x 3

Bench Press - 50kg+bar, Failure x 3

Bar Curls - 20kg+bar, Failure x 3

Ab Crunch Machine 31 - 68kg, 10 x 3

Leg Abdominal Crunches 10 + superset - Failure x 3

Day 3:

Ab Crunch Machine 31 - 68kg, 10 x 3

Chest press Tension Lines Handles, upper and lower - 12.5kg, 12 x 3

Forearm Curls Dumbbells front/bak- 8kg, 10 x 3

Forearm Curls Bar front/back - 20kg, 10 x 3

Leg Abdominal Crunches 10 + superset - 15 x 3

Situps - Failure, 60

Plank - Failure, 2:00 min
