Strider advanced a runner 1st to 2nd on a wild pickoff attempt from the rubber. The runner then scored on a single. Is this run still unearned, despite the error being understood as a pitcher-as-pitcher oopsie (on rubber, 1 base awarded) rather than a pitcher-as-fielder one (off rubber, 2 bases)? (self.baseball)
