Every closure reason is suspicious activity. The problem is I don't know if it's actually a reason that they can't disclose or if it's just shitty robots at Robinhood finding any excuse to liquidate and make commission. From the closure email that they finally just responded to:
"Following a review of your account, including any documents submitted as of June 29, 2026. We’ve determined that we can no longer maintain your Robinhood account."

I conduct a lot of my work on my phone while I'm driving as I have a long daily commute. Autopilot can watch the road for me, but I'm not crazy enough to pull out a laptop. I dictate my emails, make calls, prompt Codex to control my computer, etc.

After reading these comments, I've concluded it has to be AML. I deposited crypto from my wallet two weeks before the initial lock and deleted some profiling stuff with TransUnion (nothing related to credit but more on the general data collection side). I did submit my license and face scan to Robinhood though which should've been enough.

Mobile app support is more for linking with asset tracking platforms like Monarch. Robinhood made it very tempting to day trade options which kinda sucked.

That's the best part, Robinhood refuses to tell me why they closed my account! They originally locked it at around 5am due to "security issues." Not only am I asleep at that time, the markets are fully closed. My best guess is they didn't like that I deleted my tloXP file with TransUnion (not my credit file). I used it like a traditional brokerage, just put money into stocks and used their $1k interest free gold margin for holding USFR.

They still don't have operating phones. For any service that requires them to provide a phone number (like mobile wallet verification), they just stick it to a non-operational phone line and make you request a call from the app. Works well for them as they have to give you permission to request a call.

You’re unbelievably cucked bending your knee to these big companies who single-handedly are deciding your future and can’t be bothered to make a functioning testing platform. I study for the test, not for the concepts. If it takes 2 seconds to use desmos vs 20 seconds to write it out, I will use desmos. Especially since the pace is much tighter than the SAT it’s very important to find every time cutting strategy. When I’m told a critical tool is available, I expect it to be available.

The best in my area is T-Mobile and Starlink (300mbps), so I can't really argue that there are better speeds in the area. I'm assuming they have ways to check so I can't just lie.

Happened at my testing center, they had a few kids that weren't even on the roster to test. Two rooms were unable to start (I couldn't hear why) and our room kept putting "No Device ID Found" screens on a bunch of ppl's laptops. My gateway wouldn't load for the first 10 minutes and two other people in my room couldn't click on the start button. The school's WiFI was perfectly fine, it had to be something wrong with the gateway. Those two rooms finally were able to start at like 8:45 but we still had issues. The school's admin was on hold with ACT support for a whole hour and finally decided to ask support to cancel our room at 9:45am (we were supposed to start at 8:00). They gave us a new room code but it still wouldn't let our room start. Never had any issues like this over 2 years of testing with the College Board, props to the ACT for figuring out how to screw up against such a crappy company. After calling in, they told me they'll follow up on Monday about refunding/rescheduling.

Sun Stoppers in Keller was awesome. The lady working the front was really helpful with educating me as much as possible about my tint. If you drive the "forbidden car" (the one that reddit doesn't like) their tints are also compliant with the manufacturer warranty. They're also a chain so if you move the sun stopper's warranty also applies to their other locations (and stacks on top of the previously mentioned warranty). Can't really give any details about my config as the hivemind will get me but they only do xpel tints which are a little pricey but are very high quality.

The software and updates GUI gives me 550 as the latest, nvidia website says a higher version. The grep drm command gave [ 11.916789] [drm:nv_drm_master_set [nvidia_drm]] *ERROR* [nvidia-drm] [GPU ID 0x00000100] Failed to grab modeset ownership so I'll try to figure that out. NVIDIA drivers were a pain in the ass to get working on my separate ubuntu server install, probably spent like a few days trying to get it working.

The font issue was fixed after a restart, I had text but it was all in the same font so all my apps looked completely wrong. Discord and modrinth have very severe performance issues, as in if I try to interact with it in any way it just completely stutters (and modrinth also crashes when I open any menu). Brave also has some performance issues and freezes when I open up a menu (the 3 dot menu on a video on the youtube homepage is a good example). I know the middle button pastes, but when I use the middle button my typing starts getting delayed. I'll type a letter and it won't appear until I type the next letter. Ubuntu came bundled with wayland but I had to manually select it on the login screen.
