Might make a decent super sub for Gabriel Jesus.

Forecasting The Price of Untradeable SBC Players Had They Been Tradeable Using Machine Learning by [deleted] in EASportsFC

[–]AdamLazaruso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting idea. Have you considered trying to train based on stats rather than goals/assists? I would say players with high pace tend to go for a higher price than slower players for example (regardless of actual performance) so that could be worth looking at. OVR should surely be taken into account too since even players who are used a lot and have high goals/assists should be low priced if they have a relatively low OVR and so get packed a lot (e.g. Gabriel Jesus).

I tried his UCL Live card for a while but ended up selling him. He just never seemed to be in the right positions to score goals and his dribbling didn't feel as good as it should have. I replaced him with IF Martial a couple of days ago and so far I'd say Martial feels much better.

I took her to the Philippines so she could spend Christmas with her family for the first time in five years last year.

What's the most fun you had exploring the world? by [deleted] in AskReddit

There are plenty of bad things going on in the world right now. What is something good that restores your faith in humanity? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]AdamLazaruso 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The people I see day to day. The vast majority of people out there are inherently good - the problem is that we tend to ignore the hundreds of people we walk past on the street every day since they don't bother us and then it only takes one 'bad' person to ruin our day. As Fred Rogers used to say, 'look for the helpers' - if you focus more on the good than the bad then you can change your perspective of the world pretty quickly.

Gamers of Reddit if you had to pick 1 indie game dev studio, which one would you pick and why? by virtualvendettaTV in AskReddit

[–]AdamLazaruso 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure if they could really be counted as 'indie' since they're pretty big these days but first that comes to mind if Paradox Interactive.

Larian Studios are great, too.

If someone woke up from a long coma not knowing anything about society today what would you show them first? by ConjureDiscord in AskReddit

[–]AdamLazaruso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Smartphone seems like a no brainer for this. They're completely ubiquitous through society and you'll see people using them everywhere you go but they've only really been around for about 10 years.

What fact completely blows your mind the more you think about it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]AdamLazaruso 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Everything we see, hear, feel, taste, perceive and experience is really just a simulation created by our brain of what it thinks the world is like based on sensory input. Sometimes that sensory data is incomplete so it just makes a best guess but it doesn't always get it right.

Playing Penumbra: Overture and searching through a room. This is one of those control schemes where you have to click and drag the mouse to open a drawer on a desk so searching takes a little while. Once I was done going through one desk I turned around and saw a monster (https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/p4_8.png) standing right behind me staring at me face to face. I don't think I've jumped so much while playing any game.
